I am a 2nd year PhD student researching a serious pregnancy complication, preeclampsia in the Cardio-Obstetrics Research Group (CORG) led by Prof Lana McClements at the University of Technology Sydney. My research focuses on the placenta, exploring the factors that influence its development and regulate the signalling pathways essential for its normal function and a healthy pregnancy.
