This session is designed to foster the professional and personal development of SRB and NZSE early- and mid-career researchers. Small groups will connect with experienced mentors for informal discussion around career pathways, leadership, professional development and navigating a research career. The opportunity is open to postdoctoral fellows and independent researchers within 10 years of completing their PhD.
